1. Definitions

Section 1

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 777be platform and is using its services.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum turnover threshold that must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all financial transactions on the 777be platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where 777be does not hold regulatory permission to offer services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 777be.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 777be platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments made to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 777be platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or household IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 777be account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777be login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 777be will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Upon suspecting that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 777be support immediately. 777be may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your balance and account integrity.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777be platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777be supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Debit Card.

Deposits are credited to your 777be account balance upon successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, though most deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in near real-time.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 777be reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 777be account dashboard.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777be offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777be promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are tracked independently within your 777be account balance.
• A wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 777be reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active promotion at any time, provided that existing wagering obligations already in progress at the time of cancellation are honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors will be voided, and the associated account may be closed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777be platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the 777be platform under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the 777be platform in a manner not consistent with normal human usage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies intended to guarantee profit irrespective of outcomes, in a manner that abuses 777be's promotional or pricing structures.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Using the 777be platform for any money-laundering, financing of illegal activity, or other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777be staff, support agents, or other platform users in any communication channel.

777be employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, all balances — including real-money deposits associated with fraudulent activity — may be withheld pending resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777be platform — including but not limited to the 777be brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777be or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777be platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12. Limitation of Liability

777be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 777be platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your 777be account or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content or game outcomes attributable to certified RNG systems.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions beyond 777be's reasonable control.

13. Amendments to These Terms
